Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026.

Elite Social ("the app") is an internal publishing tool operated by David Tyree, operator of Elite Pro Services and Elite Pest, 170 S William Dillard Dr STE 106, Gilbert, AZ 85233. It is used only by our own staff to create and schedule posts on social and business profiles that our companies own and manage (for example Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, LinkedIn Organization pages, Google Business Profiles and Nextdoor business pages).

Data we access

When an authorized administrator connects an account, we receive OAuth access tokens and the basic identifiers of the Pages, organizations, locations or profiles the administrator manages (IDs, names), and engagement counts on posts we published. We do not access personal profiles, friend lists, private messages, or data about members of the public beyond what is shown publicly on our own posts.

How we use it

Solely to publish content we authored to our own business profiles, add a call-to-action comment to those posts, and show basic post performance to our staff. We do not sell, rent, share, or use the data for advertising profiles.

Storage and security

Tokens are stored encrypted at rest on Cloudflare infrastructure and are accessible only to the app. Access to the app requires administrator authentication.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are deleted when an account is disconnected, or within 30 days of a request. See Data Deletion Instructions.
